1. What’s the best floor paint for outdoor concrete?
Choose an exact coating approved for the concrete, previous finish, exterior exposure and traffic. A resin name is not a universal ranking. Compare exterior floor paints against the project specification.
2. Can you use cement paint on a patio?
Only if the specific coating is approved for the actual substrate and horizontal pedestrian use. A cement or masonry description does not establish patio suitability.
3. How do you prepare concrete?

4. Is a sealer needed after painting?

9. Can exterior wall paint be used on the floor?
Only where the exact product explicitly approves that floor use. A weather-resistant wall coating is not automatically suitable for foot or vehicle traffic.

11. Does surface orientation matter?

16. Can paint also act as a sealer?

18. Can an already painted patio be recoated?
