Extreme Seal Pattern-Imprinted Concrete & Patio Sealer is a high-concentrate, solvent-borne acrylic coating available in two distinct finishes: a solid coloured coating (paint) for restoring or changing surface colour, and a transparent sealer for protection.

The Coloured options act as a durable paint, providing full coverage to revive tired, faded driveways and unify the finish across large areas. The Clear Top Coat is designed to penetrate textured surfaces, locking in decorative detail and deepening the existing pattern depth. Both versions lay down a durable, easy-clean gloss film that repels water, oil, dirt, and common automotive fluids.

Choose from multiple solid colour (paint) options to restore surface colour, or select the Clear Top Coat where a transparent finish is required. Where extra grip is required on slopes, steps, or pool surrounds add the pre-measured silica to create a subtle anti-slip texture without dulling the finish. Extreme Seal is tack-free in under five hours, enabling same-day second coats and minimal downtime for homeowners and contractors. The result is a hard-wearing, weather-resistant film that helps resist tyre scuffs, de-icing salts, and everyday staining while keeping decorative concrete easy to maintain.

Suitable Surfaces:

• Pattern-imprinted/stamped concrete driveways and patios

• Exposed-aggregate slabs and decorative concretes

• Concrete patios and walkways

• Block paving, concrete flags/slabs, and porous stone

Not suitable for asphalt or non-porous dense granites. Always test on an inconspicuous area. Texture, age, and porosity affect final appearance and coverage.

Coverage & Spread Rate:

• First coat: ~ 5 m²/L on porous, patterned, or exposed-aggregate concrete (apply thinly and evenly)

• Second coat: ~ 7 m²/L (substrate already sealed, lower absorbency)

Coverage varies with texture, jointing, and porosity. Over-application can trap solvent and prolong cure.

Drying & Curing Times (@ 18 °C):

• Touch-dry: 3–5 hours

• Recoat: 4–6 hours

• Light foot traffic: 12 hours

• Vehicle traffic: 48 hours

• Full chemical cure: 7 days

Keep sealed areas dry for at least 6 hours after coating. Cooler or humid conditions will extend drying.

Storage & Clean-Up:

• Store sealed between 5–30 °C, away from flames/ignition; reseal between uses

• Clean rollers, brushes, and spray gear immediately with white spirit or standard thinners

• Thinning: Ready-for-use; for spray, thin up to 10% xylene-based acrylic thinner (over-thinning reduces film build)

Finish & Appearance:

Leaves a durable, decorative gloss. Coloured versions provide a solid, uniform finish that covers the substrate to restore colour and hide imperfections. The Clear Top Coat leaves a transparent finish that enhances the existing colour hardener and pattern depth. Both options help to dust-proof and waterproof the surface.

Batch & Packaging Notice:

For large areas, order the total required quantity in one batch to ensure uniform shade/finish. During peak demand, products may ship in plain tins with a Trade Supplies UK label; performance and specification are identical.
