Extreme Clean UPVC cleaner is a professional-grade, caustic-free detergent system developed to restore chalked or algae-stained UPVC, powder-coated aluminium, acrylic panels and other exterior plastics without etching or yellowing. The biodegradable surfactants cut through grime, traffic film and greasy deposits on UPVC frames and cladding, while a quaternary biocide eradicates and inhibits regrowth of algae, mould and lichen.

Unlike harsh caustic cleaners, the balanced pH formulation is gentle on seals, gaskets, and neighbouring paint, making it ideal for routine maintenance of window frames, conservatory roofs, garden furniture, and fascia boards. A built-in hydrophobic additive leaves a microscopic water-shedding layer that slows fresh dirt adhesion and eases future UPVC cleaning.

Safety – Wear gloves & eye protection. Work out of direct sun.
Dilute up to 1:10 with clean water for routine UPVC cleaning. Use neat on heavy staining or black run-off streaks.
Apply with low-pressure sprayer, sponge or soft brush; start at bottom & work up to avoid runs.
Dwell 2–5 min – keep surface wet; do not allow to dry.
Agitate stubborn areas with a non-scratch pad or soft-bristle brush.
Rinse thoroughly with hose or low-pressure washer until runoff is clear.
Repeat on severe biological growth after 24 h if required.
Tip: Finish with a microfiber wipe to boost gloss on UPVC window frames.
