When applied as a primer, a single thin coat improves the adhesion of our Quick‑Drying Concrete Floor & Patio Paint, reducing the risk of peeling on bare slabs, power‑floated floors, and block paving. As a standalone concrete floor sealer, two coats provide a durable, satin finish that resists stains, tyre marks, and light oil spills while maintaining breathability.

Manufactured in the UK under ISO 9001 quality controls, this self‑leveling, water-based concrete primer and sealer dries within 2 hours and is offered in 5 L, 10 L, and 20 L packs for professional or DIY applications.

Suitable Substrates

Interior and exterior concrete floors, screeds, cement slabs, flags, cementitious toppings, and porous masonry. Not recommended for asphalt or surfaces with exposed natural stone.

Prep – Vacuum or sweep surface dust, remove grease/oil with degreaser, and confirm moisture content is below 4%. Power‑floated concrete must be acid‑etched or lightly ground.
Mix – Stir for 2 minutes using a paddle mixer.
Primer Coat – Roll or spray one thin, even coat (~50 µm WFT) at 5 m²/L over bare concrete.
Sealer Use – Apply two coats (second at 7 m²/L), with 2–4 h between applications. Apply a third coat for added sheen if required.
Cure – Light foot traffic after 8 h; vehicles after 24 h; full chemical resistance in 7 days.
