This powerful formula targets stubborn staining on render, natural stone and brick surfaces, lifting biological growth and black-spot lichen within 5–15 minutes of contact.

Ideal for building façades, driveways, patios and grave markers, it penetrates porous surfaces, bleaching out years of discoloration in one application. For tough buildup, use the stone cleaner neat or at a 1:1 dilution; for general render washing, dilute up to 1:6. Even when diluted, it surpasses standard render cleaning agents in strength.

  1. Wear PPE: gloves, goggles, sleeves, and respirator.
     

  2. Pre‑wet nearby lawns and cover sensitive plants.
     

  3. Apply with watering can or bleach-safe sprayer.
     

  4. Dwell 5–15 min – keep surface damp (mist if drying).
     

  5. Scrub stubborn patches with stiff nylon brush.
     

  6. Rinse with hose or pressure washer (fan jet setting).
     

  7. Repeat for deeply aged deposits once dry.
     

  Pro Tip: Apply on cool, overcast days to slow evaporation and improve contact time.
