Extreme Clean Moss & Algae Remover is a professional-strength patio and driveway cleaner formulated with 14–15% sodium hypochlorite – the same active used by cleaning contractors and exterior maintenance pros. This high-concentration patio moss remover breaks down organic growth such as moss, algae, and surface lichen on concrete flags, block paving, brickwork, render, tiles, and other exterior surfaces.

Arriving undiluted, the solution gives you full control: apply neat for stubborn moss and black lichen stains, or dilute up to 6 parts water: 1 part cleaner for routine maintenance. In most cases, visible cleaning begins in 5–15 minutes, leaving outdoor surfaces fresh and bright with little or no scrubbing.

Manufactured in the UK under ISO 9001 standards, it’s supplied in tamper-evident, UN-approved drums for safe delivery.

Dilution & Coverage

*On average-porosity paving at 10 °C; very rough surfaces will reduce spread‐rate.

How to Use:

• PPE – Wear gloves, goggles, long sleeves, and waterproof shoes.
  

• Pre-wet the grass and borders to shield from the patio bleach solution.
  

• Apply by watering can or low-pressure sprayer to the affected paving or concrete areas.
  

• Let dwell 10–15 minutes. Do not let dry out.
  

• Light brushing can help lift embedded stains on rougher patios or paths.
  

• Rinse with hose or pressure washer to reveal a clean outdoor surface.
  

• Keep pets and children away until the treated area is dry (allow at least 48 hours for pets).
  

Storage & Shelf Life

• Keep sealed in a cool, dark place (< 24 °C) – sunlight & heat vent chlorine gas and weaken the solution.
  

• Shelf life 6 months unopened; potency gradually falls thereafter – test older stock on a small patch and extend dwell time if necessary.
  
  

Safety & Environmental Notes

• NEVER mix with acids or other cleaners – toxic chlorine gas may be released.
  

• Rinse equipment with fresh water immediately after use to prevent corrosion.
  

• Collect or divert strong run-off away from fishponds and watercourses – neutralise with plenty of water.
