Extreme Clean Stone Cleaner & Render Wash for Deep Cleaning 20.0 kg

Extreme Clean Stone Cleaner & Render Wash is a high-performance exterior cleaner formulated with 14–15% sodium hypochlorite around 50% stronger than most heavy-duty patio or masonry cleaners. 

This bleach-based render and stone cleaner targets stubborn organic contamination fast, lifting black-spot lichen, algae, moss, mildew, and atmospheric staining in 5–15 minutes. It penetrates porous substrates to bleach out years of discolouration on K-render, monocouche and mineral renders, natural stone, brick, and concrete often in a single application.

For severe growth or long-standing black spots, use neat or at 1:1 with water. For routine cleaning and maintenance washes, dilute 1:4 to 1:6. Even when diluted, the formulation outperforms standard render cleaners, making it a go-to choice for building façades, driveways, patios, memorials, coping stones, roof tiles, steps, and ornaments.

Suitable Surfaces

• Renders: K-render, monocouche, mineral, and cementitious renders

• Stone: Sandstone, limestone, slate, granite, marble (test first)

• Masonry: Brick, blockwork, coping stones, concrete (including imprinted)

• Hard landscaping: Paving slabs, clay pavers, steps, patios, driveways

• Other: Roof tiles, guttering, grave markers, and headstones

Always carry out a small test patch first; solution strength, dwell time, and porosity can influence the final shade on light-coloured or delicate stones.

It is not recommended for polished metals, anodised aluminium, unsealed timber, fabrics, painted/coloured coatings that may bleach, or near ponds/water features where chlorine could harm aquatic life.

Dilution & Coverage

• Heavy staining / black-spot lichen: Neat or 1:1 dilution, ≈ 5 m²/L coverage

• Routine moss & algae removal: 1:4 dilution, ≈ 10 m²/L coverage

• Maintenance wash: 1:6 dilution, ≈ 12 m²/L coverage

Storage & Handling

• Store upright in a cool, shaded, ventilated place, 5–25 °C (do not freeze; avoid heat/sunlight).

• Keep the cap closed; do not decant into unlabelled containers.

• Do not mix with acids, ammonia, or other cleaners as dangerous chlorine gas may be released.

• Pre-wet adjacent lawns/borders and rinse runoff with fresh water.

Safety Notice

This product is a chlorine-based oxidising agent. Wear gloves, goggles, long sleeves, and (in poorly ventilated areas) a suitable respirator. Avoid inhalation and skin/eye contact. Keep children and pets away until surfaces are thoroughly rinsed and dry. Never allow concentrate to enter ponds or watercourses. Dispose of residues in line with local regulations. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
