Dilution & Coverage

The solution can be applied neat or diluted, depending on the severity of the growth. Coverage rates vary with surface porosity and texture.

• Heavy black lichen or thick moss: 1:0 (neat), approx. 4 m² per litre

• Moderate algae and moss: 1:3, approx. 7 m² per litre

• Routine maintenance or light green film: 1:6, approx. 10 m² per litre

These figures are based on average-porosity paving at 10 °C. Very rough or highly absorbent surfaces require more product.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in a cool, dark place below 24 °C. Heat and sunlight can release chlorine gas and weaken the solution.

• Shelf life is 6 months unopened. After this period, potency may be reduced. Test older stock on a small patch and extend dwell time if needed.

Safety & Environmental Notes

• Do not mix with acids or other cleaners cause toxic chlorine gas may be released.
