Two thin coats deliver a durable ~50 µm dry-film build that stands up to heavy foot traffic, garden furniture, barbecues, planters, and regular cleaning. For added safety on ramps, stairs, and pool surrounds, simply mix in the supplied silica additive to create a non-slip decking paint texture that improves grip in damp conditions. The application is straightforward:

Suitable Substrates:

Coverage & Spread Rate:

• 6–8 m² per litre per coat, dependent on timber porosity and profile (grooved boards absorb more).

• Two thin coats are recommended for full weatherproof protection, colour depth, and slip-resistant performance.

Drying & Curing Times (@ 18 °C):

• Touch dry: 2–4 hours

• Recoat: 2–4 hours

• Light foot traffic: ~8 hours

• Full use: 24 hours

• Full weatherproof cure: 7 days
  Cool, damp, or shaded conditions will extend drying; protect fresh coatings from rain during early cure.

Storage & Clean-Up:

Store between 5–30 °C in frost-free conditions. Reseal firmly between uses. Clean brushes and rollers with warm, soapy water while the paint is still wet; no harsh solvents required. During peak demand, plain tins may be supplied; product quality is identical.
