Extreme Seal Block Paving Sealer is a single-pack, solvent-based block paving sealer formulated to stabilise jointing sand and protect block paving, concrete setts, and porous stone. The low-viscosity resin penetrates deep into the surface; as solvents evaporate, it binds sand particles, creating an elastomeric joint that resists rutting, weed ingress, and wash-out while leaving a premium clear protective film.

Two finish options are supplied:
Matt Look – subtle, natural satin.
Wet Look – richer colour enhancement and a gentle surface sheen.

Add the enclosed silica sachet for a micro-textured anti-slip paving sealer coat on slopes or commercial walkways. 100% UV absorbers stop yellowing, while the tough polyurethane matrix shrugs off diesel, oil, and de-icing salts - ideal for high-traffic driveways, patios, logistics yards, and retail car parks.

Storage & Clean-Up

Seal tightly; store between 5–30 °C away from ignition sources. Clean equipment with white spirit or xylene before the sealer cures.

Prep Surface – Jet-wash to remove dirt, algae, and efflorescence. Re-sand joints flush and brush off excess. Allow paving to dry for at least 48 hours (moisture < 4%) before applying the block paving sealer.

Primer (Porous Only) – On very absorbent blocks or porous clay pavers, mist a thinned 10% first pass of the PU paving sealer to reduce soak-in.

Mixing – Stir for 2 minutes. For anti-slip block paving sealer, slowly trickle the silica grit into the liquid while stirring until fully dispersed.

First Coat – Spray or apply using a solvent-resistant roller in a thin, even film (~50 µm WFT). Keep roller pressure light to avoid disturbing the sand joints.

Second Coat – After 4–6 hours, apply a cross-direction coat. For maximum gloss with Wet-Look finishes, a clear third coat may be added after another 4 hours.

Curing – Protect from rain for at least 6 hours. Cone off sealed driveways or patios for 48 hours before vehicle use. Full stain resistance and durability achieved in 7 days.
