It creates a flexible yet hard-wearing membrane that bonds aggressively to timber, steel, aluminium, GRP, and concrete substrates, preventing moisture ingress and corrosion.

Metal: Degrease with solvent, abrade with P120, and vacuum
Timber: Sand fresh surface, countersink screws, vacuum
GRP/Paint: Key with P180 and solvent wipe
Ensure surfaces are dry (wood moisture < 4%)
Apply PU Floor Primer on smooth/porous surfaces – allow 12 h drying

Paint Mixing & Application

Stir thoroughly for 2 minutes – do not filter (pre-textured)

Second Coat: Apply cross-directional after 6–8 hours (target 50 µm dry film)
