Extreme Paints Quick‑Drying Concrete Floor & Patio Paint + Sealer is a single‑component, low odour acrylic engineered to protect and beautify interior or exterior concrete. Premium resins lock in rich colour while resisting tyre marks, oil drips, salt and mild chemicals. A choice of smooth satin or integrated anti‑slip grit lets you tailor the surface to showrooms, garages, workshops, ramps or pool surrounds.
Formulated and manufactured in the UK under ISO 9001 quality controls, this coating delivers excellent colour retention and long‑term durability even on sun‑exposed slabs. The breathable film blocks dusting yet allows trapped substrate moisture to escape, reducing the risk of blistering. Ideal substrates include concrete slabs, screeds, block paving and well‑bonded paint. Not recommended for asphalt or surfaces with protruding natural stone.

Spreading Rate (Coverage)
Approximately 6–8 m² per litre per coat depending on porosity.
Storage
Store indoors between 5 °C and 30 °C away from direct heat and frost. Reseal firmly between uses to prevent skinning.
Thinning
Ready for use. For spray work up to 5 % clean water may be added. Excessive thinning will reduce film build.
Batch Consistency
Order total requirements in one transaction to ensure colour consistency. Separate production dates may vary slightly in shade.
